4. Appointment booking via eTermin

This website uses an online appointment booking system provided by eTermin. It is only embedded after you have given your explicit consent via the cookie/consent banner. Only after your consent is the booking system loaded and a connection to eTermin's servers can be established.

In particular, technical data (e.g. IP address) may be transmitted in the process. eTermin may also set technically necessary cookies.

5. Google Maps

We use Google Maps to display locations. It is only embedded after you actively consent by clicking “Load map”. Only then is a connection to the servers of Google Ireland Limited established.

In the process, personal data (e.g. IP address) may be transmitted to Google.

6. Storing your consent

Your choice in the consent banner is stored locally in your browser (local storage) so that it can be taken into account on future visits. This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to us.

7. Cookies

This website itself does not use any conventional tracking cookies. External services (eTermin, Google Maps) are only loaded after consent and may set technically necessary cookies.

8. Interest list for the voice study

On the “Voice study” page you can add your email address to an interest list. The address is used solely to inform you when the study appointments start and is stored on our server. It is not passed on to third parties, and no further newsletters are sent.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future — an informal email to kontakt@osteopathie-david-lisowski.de is sufficient; your address will then be deleted immediately. The entire list will be deleted at the latest after the study information has been sent or after the study has ended.

You have the right to information about, correction of or deletion of your personal data at any time.
